hi.. am back after a very long time.. and with an actual post this time.. i ve thought of writing many times, however it never seemed to happen.. :( today i have made up my mind to share a few thoughts.. let me warn u..not very nice ones! so if ur an egoistic male chauvinist pig, u may not want to read this one :)

India's transport system has always intrigued me..don get me wrong, i love my India and all, but travelling in a public transport has ALWAYS been a major pain in the @$$. I remember the time a couple if weeks ago, when i wanted to travel to mangalore and the conductor wouldn give me a ticket. i had no prior reservation and there were about 10 of us fighting for the 4 available seats. the conductor told- run up and who ever can sit on those seats will get the tickets! what was he thinking...we'r there for a marathon or what?? finally an MP came out of nowhere and settled the issue and got me a ticket as well! (God bless him) :)

This post is, however, about more disgusting facts. I travel to college everyday by BMTC and though it is generally a pleasant journey, sometimes it just gets unbearable. The stink, the stench, people falling all over you.. gets on your nerves. But what irritates me the most is to see men happily sitting in ladies seats while the poor women stand and fall! (I hope those men rot in hell .. muhaha )

This morning, as i stepped into the bus, i found the last 2 seats of the ladies section happily occupied by men. I gave them a really really bad look, following which one uncle looked up to check if he was sitting in a ladies' seat, confirmed it and smiled to himself. The other 3 @$$'s continued the tradition. None of them bothered to get up though. They just kept grinning to themselves, finding pleasure in torturing poor souls!

One man finally got off, and i sat in the place. It wasn't the window seat, so i was sitting next to a man who was at the window seat. there were men standing to my left, and the man seated to my right. And BMTC buses are not particularly known for their careful driving. These men found great pleasure falling all over me as the bus moved and took sharp turns. I had to bear the jerk seated next to me fall over me at every opportunity, though he was perfectly capable of balancing himself. The men standing to my left, adjusted their positions in such a way that they actually fully fell over me for good 5-10 seconds every time the bus took a turn. This disgusting act of theirs was prompting me to throw up on them, but i couldn't do it of course, as I had to reach college and attend classes! I couldn't bear their stench, their falls, but the worst was their bodies rubbing against mine, and trust me it was hell! I so wanted to get off right there, but i kept reminding myself that I must reach college! I gave them dirty looks, gave a dirty look to the conductor, but nothing helped! They all seemed to be getting great pleasure at my discomfort. Bloody Pigs!! I really wish something could be done about such people, but I don know what :(

Anyway, I have decided to avoid crowded buses as much as possible now, and I advise all girls to do the same. And I certainly hope those pigs WILL ROT IN HELL !!

That's it for now, hope I'll be back soon with something pleasant to write about :)
Until then, bye :) take care :)

something in Hindi ;)

Saamne jab tu aaya,
Hawa ruk si gayi
Tere aane ke dum se,
Mausam badal si gayi.

Main, main nahi rahi,
Kho gayi kisi anjaan duniya mein
Main, main nahi rahi,
Kho gayi kai ajnabee khayalon mein..

Pata nahi tha ye mujhe kya hua,
Par itna zaroor jaanthi thi,
Dil pe bahaar chaa gayi thi,
Aur saanse tham gayi thi..

Bekhayali thi ya bekaraari,
Baath tho thi badi pyaari
Pal bhar mein kisi ne,
Badal di thi saari duniya meri.

Woh ek pal mein na jane kya hua,
Pani mein aag dur din me taare nazar aayi,
Ek jaadu sa chaa gaya meri berang jahan pe,
Shayad jis pal ka tha barson se intezaar, aakhir woh pal aa hi gayi!

Saamne jab tu aaya,
Hawa ruk si gayi
Tere aane ke dum se,
Mausam badal si gayi.

Love..

Love was what i saw in ur eyes infinite,
Love was when everything felt so right.

Love was my eyes sparkling at ur sight,
Love was when u held me so tight.

Love was when u whispered sweet nothings in my ears,
Love was in ur smile, Love was in my tears.

Love was when we were together,
Love was when we thought it was meant to be forever.

Love was when u teased me, hurt me, made me cry,
Love was when u said for me u'd die.

Love was when tears gushed out of my eyes like rain,
Love was when ur smile washed away all the pain.

Love was when we talked of the sun & the moon,
Under the silver stars & in the sunny noon.

Love was in those stolen hugs & silent whispers,
Love was in those tiny cards & simple gestures.

Love wasnt me, Love wasnt u, Love was WE,
But perhaps our love was never meant to be!

Cry Of A Woman

I came into your house

Eyes full of expectations,

Heart full of hope

Mind full of anxiety, thinking…

Can I in your house cope?

The first time I stepped into your house

Ah! It was heaven

Relatives fussing over me,

And to impress them all-

Oh! I was so keen

As the days passed by

I began to realize

This dream home of mine

Was not really a paradise

Which was set on cloud nine

I slowly began to experience

The value of a human life

This was in your house measured

In terms of money bought

By the wife

I was tortured and treated

Like an unpaid maid

But I couldn’t dare a question ask

For, "husband thy god"

Was this not what my mother taught??

Eventually I bore

All the bad that came through my way

Silently I wept

My heart out

Every passing day

Today I lie

In eternal rest

While my "family" mourned

Why, am I not the same woman?

You once renounced??

I agree I did not come

To your house with a lot of gold

But I had in me a heart

With all the love

You can hold

I wish and pray

That u maybe born again

As a woman, as a wife

And go through the same pain

And live in the same strife

Because, only then

Will you realize

The true worth

Of a WOMAN...

:)

I wake up in the morning

Grumbling about having slept for hours too few

But an unknown excitement fills me

As I walk towards the place I feel so belonged to

As I approach the huge college gate

A wave of joy surrounds me

And at that moment , I know

This is where I am born to be!

I walk along the corridors

Oh! Haven’t I done that many a time?

Chatting away with friends- and some foes too

A beautiful mixture life is, of sugar and lime

Yes, I can never forget the lecturers

Who try to impart us wisdom

But the notorious brats that we are,

Created everyday, a new problem

Friends- Ah! They make days worth living

Fun and laughter, tears of joy

Fights and break ups- times when emotions were treated like a toy

Love is in the air- and lots of it we are receiving

These days will never return

The glorious moments of my life

Tomorrow will see me in a new role

That of a woman, a mother and a wife!

thats all for now folks!! good night! :) :) :)
